Magnification Scale Factors Table for A Paper Sizes. The table below gives scale factors for enlarging or reducing documents between all of the A series paper sizes expressed as percentages (as this is how they are most commonly displayed on photocopiers and in print software).
Printing a page by creating the output in several rectangular sections, or bands, rather than the entire page. It enables a printer with limited memory to print a full page of text and graphics. Most dot matrix printers and some laser printers benefit from this approach. This is not to be confused with band printer, which is hardware.THIS DEFINITION IS FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY.
